A Letter From Your Coach

Dear Future Real Estate Investment Entrepreneur,

Who hasn’t fantasized about having a life where they have no boss, no alarm clock waking them up at dawn, no daily commute in traffic, no one holding them back from making as much money as they want to make?

Who hasn’t wanted to travel to exotic locations around the world? Who hasn’t wanted to have more free time to spend with their families or to pursue hobbies and interests? Who hasn’t wanted to have more time or money to be able to give back and to pursue volunteer work or community work?

Well, I found that for myself when several years ago I found a Real Estate Investment Coach and mentor to teach me how to invest in real estate. That single decision was the best professional decision of my life. That decision changed my life forever.

You see before I made this life changing decision years ago, I was an assistant manager at a doughnut shop making $37,000 a year. That yearly salary, by the way, is less than what I can make now on one deal. At the time, however, I really didn’t think I could become the person that I had always dreamed of becoming, until I worked with my Real Estate Investment Coach.

I learned that I was capable of succeeding beyond my wildest dreams and I learned how to overcome barriers that I never thought I could. As I gained more and more experience investing in real estate and working with my Real Estate Investment Coach, I started making more money than I ever thought possible.

Since then I have literally done hundreds and hundreds of real estate deals. Now, I am a successful real estate investor. I don’t wake up at dawn to an alarm clock. I don’t sit in commuter traffic every day.  In fact, my commute is approximately 5 seconds to my home office. I don’t have an unruly, demanding boss. I do take exotic vacations around the world to Belize, to Italy, to Thailand, to Bali, to Costa Rica, to Fiji, you name it we go somewhere at least twice a year, because we can. I do take advantage of a powder day to go skiing virtually anytime I want, because I can. I do play golf regularly because I can. I do go for long bike rides with my wife in the middle of the day because I can.

Most importantly I took my dreams and made them a reality; few people can say that in their lives.

Once you know how to make money, it’s very liberating knowing that you’ll never have to rely on someone hiring you and employing you for the rest of your life to secure your livelihood.

What I want you to know is yes, I know how to make a lot of money through real estate investing, but what is more important to you, I’m sure, is that I know how to teach someone how to make A LOT of money through real estate investing.

The turning point in my life in my becoming successful and the turning point in my coaching student’s lives was getting a mentor

We first became aware of Tim Goff while attending a seminar in Colorado. Tim is a down to earth guy along with his wife, Lori, both actively work and specialize in short sales. After attending their boot camp we decided to enroll with Tim as our mentor, in no time at all with lots of help from Tim and his wife Lorie, we did our very first deal. Tim’s coaching guideline is simple; if his students not successful then he is not successful. Our first deal we turn a mobile home around into a short sale bought for $500 sold it for $10k. The second deal netted us $32000. Doing short sale is not easy, however when it all comes together and you make it happen everyone becomes a winner including the distressed homeowner.
